記事ではホンダのペラは10Ｐですのでソラスですと9Ｐでないと、苦しい
エンジンは２サイのヤマハ50です
タコメーターはなぜか、でたらめな表示でいかれてます
今はペラはホンダ別売りですのでホンダ５０馬力買ってペラ10Ｐ注文してます

トラブルシューティングは順を追って原因の可能性の範囲を狭めていきましょう。
スピードしか書いてありませんが、

１　エンジンは同じ Honda 50 ですか？
２　２４キロのときの回転はどれくらいでしたか？
３　どれくらいまで回転があがりますか？
４　ホンダ50馬力の純正ペラは３枚ブレードの１２ピッチと思いますが、
　　そのときのスピードはどうでしたか？
　　ペラをソラスに変えた理由は？

This is the prop that is on my Honda 50. I have been very pleased my 26X's performance. With 3 adults, boat loaded for overnight stay and ballast empty it does 24 MPH @ 6000 RPM and 18 MPH with ballast full @ 5750 RPM. With just my wife and I on the boat it will turn 6100 RPM. I don稚 understand all these performance problems I read about. My hull is clean and smooth with no bottom paint. Honda code is (3705183).
